The Sales Representative at ArborMed is responsible for generating new business by meeting homeowners face-to-face and selling tree care, lawn, and pest control services. This role focuses on canvassing neighborhoods, educating customers, and closing deals in the field using proven scripts and systems. It’s a performance-based position with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be on the front lines representing ArborMed — meeting homeowners face-to-face and helping them protect their property through our tree care, lawn, and pest control services.
Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate new business
Educate homeowners on risks, issues, and available service plans
Present solutions, handle objections, and close deals in the field
Set follow-up appointments and maintain accurate notes in the CRM
Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth handoff to operations
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone hungry, coachable, and comfortable in face-to-face sales.
Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
Door-to-door or home services sales experience is a plus (not required)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Comfortable using basic tech tools (CRM, phone, maps)
Reliable transportation and willingness to work outdoors
