A Sales Manager at ArborMed is responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a high-performance sales team focused on residential property defense services, including tree care, lawn, and pest control. This role owns daily field execution—setting standards, running ride-alongs, sharpening scripts, and driving consistent lead generation and closes. The Sales Manager is accountable for team production, culture, and performance metrics, while working closely with ownership to scale territories and revenue. It’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to sell, coach, and win in the field.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the front lines of revenue at ArborMed — building, training, and managing a door-to-door sales team that connects homeowners with our tree care, lawn, and pest control solutions.
Recruit, onboard, and train D2D sales reps on scripts, product knowledge, and in-field execution
Run daily huddles, ride-alongs, and performance coaching to drive consistent production
Oversee territory deployment, lead flow, and daily activity standards
Track KPIs, close rates, and pipeline performance using CRM tools
Support reps in the field with objections, deal structure, and closing when needed
Work closely with ownership and operations to align sales promises with service delivery
What We’re Looking For
This role is built for a proven sales leader who thrives in the field and knows how to develop people.
Prior experience in door-to-door, home services, or commission-based sales leadership
Strong communicator with confidence coaching reps face-to-face
Process-driven and organized with follow-up and accountability habits
Comfortable using CRMs, call tracking, and performance dashboards
Valid driver’s license and willingness to be in the field daily
High standards, competitive mindset, and the ability to lead by example
